Mercy Ambulance offers career possibilities as a Dispatcher, MFR/EMR, Basic EMT and Paramedic. A Valid State of Michigan license is required for employment for MFR/EMR, Basic EMT and Paramedic. In addition, we staff an ambulance dispatch center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our dispatchers are certified and trained in taking emergency medical calls and dispatching ambulances.

EMT's  (Full Time / Part Time): Full Time; $46,000/Yr.

 DISPATCHER (Full Time / Part Time): Receives and processes emergency telephone calls. Tasked with the gathering of information related to emergent and non-emergent medical emergencies.
