Your family membership fee covers you and your immediate family members living at home. That includes spouses, unmarried children under age 21 and full-time college students living or visiting at home through age 23.
All other services will be billed at regular charge. Membership covers ground transportation only within the service district.
Ambulance Plus is a membership program and not an insurance program. You must use Mercy Ambulance Service to be eligible for membership benefits. Treat and release without transportation to the hospital is not a covered benefit under this plan.
