Mercy Ambulance
is an Advance Life Support licensed ambulance service. This means our staff is licensed and trained to deliver the highest level of pre-hospital care with cardiac monitoring, Advanced Airway techniques, oxygen therapy and IVs with medication as needed. Our paramedics and EMTs are Nationally Registered and Licensed with the State of Michigan as EMS providers.
Mercy Ambulance Maintains a zero-tolerance policy with our providers prohibiting any use of drugs or alcohol while providing service. Safety is our number one priority.

Mercy Ambulance also offers non-emergent stretcher transport to and from doctor's offices. We work with insurance companies when transport is deemed medically necessary. A Physicians Certification Form is required and needs to be filled out by your doctor. This can be found under PCS FORM.
Any services or charges not covered by insurance will be the patient's responsibility.
